2/3 of a right angle = (2/3 * 90) degrees = 60 degrees and its complement is 30 degrees.

right angle=90

two third of right angle = (2/3)x90 = 60

complementary means sum of angles is 90

60 + angle =90

so, angle = 30

supplementary means sum of angles is 180

60 +angle =180

so, angle =120
