(i)(x+22)°

So Complement=90°-(x+22)°

=90°-22°-x°

=68°-x°

=68°-

(ii)(72-y)°

So Complement=90°-(72-y)°

=18°+y°

(iii)(x+2y)°

Complement=90°-(x+2y)°

=90°-x°-2y°

So Complement=89°60'-(45°22')

=44°38'

(v)22°14'

Complement =89°60'-(22°14')

=67°46'

(vi)4/6 of 120°

=4/6 x 120°

80°

Complement=90°-80°

=10°

(vii)52°31'22"

Complement=89°59'60"-(52°31'22")

=37°28'38"

Complement=89°59'60"-(78°2'59)

=11°57'1"
