Let the principal be x

SI = P*R*T/100

P=1200*100/4*3

P=10,000

Now,

Amount=P(1+rate/100)^n or time

Amount=10000*(1+10/100)^3

Amount=13310

CI= Amount - Principal

CI=13310 - 10000

CI= 3310 (answer)
