CI = Principal ( 1 + r/100 )^t - Principal , where r is the rate and t is time.

CI = 20000 (1 + 10/100)³ - 20000

= 20000 (1 + 1/10)³ - 20000

= 20000 (11/10)³ - 20000

= 20000 x 11/10 x 11/10 x 11/10 - 20000

= 20 x 11 x 11 x 11 - 20000

= 26620 - 20000

= 6620

CI = 6620
