Amount (A) = ?
A = P(1+r/100)^n
⇒ A = 500×(1+12/100)×(1+6/100)
⇒ A = 500×112/100×106/100
⇒ A = 112×106/20
⇒ A = 56×54/5
⇒ Amount = Rs. 604.8
C.I =?
C.I = A - P
C.I = 604.8 - 500
C.I. = Rs. 104.8 Ans.
