Polynomials,

The pair of linear equations as,
(px/q) - (qy/p) = 0 and (bx) + (ay) = 2

Comparing by A1x + B1y = C1
and A2x + B2y = C2 we get,

A1 = p/q B1 = q/p and C1 = 0
Also A2 = b, B2 = a C2 = 2

To have no solution for the equations the relationship should be
A1/A2 = B1/B2 not= C1/C2
or, (p/q)/(b) = (q/p)/(a) not= (0)/(2)
or, (p/qb) = (q/ap) not= 0

So the relationship is (p/qb) = (q/ap) not= 0 for which the equations will have no solution.

That's it
Hope it helped (*´ڡ`●)
