Total surface area =

$2\pi \times r(r + \times h) \\ = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \: (14 + 40) \\ = 2 \times 22 \times 2 \times 14 \: (54)$

=66528sq cm

Diameter =radius *2

14*2=28cm
