Formula = (y-y1)/ (x- x1) = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

x1 = 2 , x2 = 1

y1 = -3 ,y2 =4

by putting values in formula,

[y-(-3)]/(x-2) = [4-(-3)]/ (1-2)

(y+3)/(x-2) = 7/-1 = -7 /1

(y+3) = -7 (x-2)

y + 3 = -7x + 14

7x + y = 11

Hope it helps
