the co ordinates of the point is (o,-4)
any point in y axis has its x coordinate as 0 and here ordinate means a point on y axis

Ordinate refers to Y-Axis point , since the point lies on Y-axis, therefore its abscissa or X-axis point will be 0..... Therefore coordinates are ( 0,-4 ).
