Find the coordinate of point a where ab is diameter of a circle whose center is (4,-1)and bis (5,2)

We know that centre is the mid point of diameter.

let the co-ordinates of a are ( x , y )


By Mid point formulla we have.

4 = ( 5 + x ) / 2 and -1 = ( 2 + y ) / 2

8 = 5 + x and y + 2 = - 2


x = 3 and. y = -4



So, the co-ordinates of point a are ( 3 , -4 )
