Answer:

ther are two methods to solve this

one is algebraic other is graphical

algebraic also has more options for solving

so first eqite the distance from the point on X axis(X,0)of both the points using distance formula class 10

then just solve it

it is easy

Answer:

The X Co-ordinate of X-axis is 0.

Let, the Y Co-ordination is 'a'

As, Point on X- axis is equidistant from the points.

By Midpoint Formula,

x co-ordinate of midpoint = y1 + y2 / 2

= 5 + 4 / 2

= 4.5

Co-ordinates of point on X-axis which are equidistant from points (2,5) & (3,4) are (4.5,0)
