  The equation of the X axis  => y = o

The equation of the Y axis  => x = o

Case 1:-

            3x - 4(0) = 12

            3x = 12

             x = 4 , y = 0

Case 2 :-

           3(0) - 4(y) = 12

            -4(y) =12

            y = -3 , x = 0
