Answer:

∆ABC is a equilateral triangle

AC = BC = AB

BC = 2a

in right angle triangle COB,

 {BC }^{2}  = CO^{2}  +OB ^{2}

( {2a})^{2}  = a ^{2} + CO^{2}

4 {a}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +CO ^{2}

 {4a}^{2}  -  {a}^{2}  = CO^{2}

 {CO}^{2}  = 3 {a}^{2}

CO =  \sqrt{3 {a}^{2} }

c = (0,\sqrt{3a} )

similarly \:D \:  = (0, \sqrt{3a} )

Answer:

Hey frnd!!

Here is ur answer

ABC is an equilateral triangle.

so, AB=BC=AB

BC=2a ........... (i)

Now, in right angled COB,

BC²=CO²+OB²

(2a) ²=a²+CO²

4a²-a²=CO²

CO²=3a²

CO=3a²

C=(0, 3a)

Similarly, D=(0, 3a)

Hope it helps
