Let m1=20g y1=3; z1=0;
m2=50g; y2=8; z2=0;
m3=70g; y3=3; z3=4;
m4=60g; y4=8; z4=4;
The centre of mass along y= m1×y1 +m2×y2 +m3×y3+ m4×y4÷(m1+m2+m3+m4)
= (60+400+480+210)÷200
= 5.75 cm
The centre of mass along z=(m1×z1+ m2×z2+ m3×z3+ m4×z4)÷m1+m2+m3+m4
=0+0+280+240÷(200)
=2.6
