Let the point be (x,y)
(x-5)^2+(y-3)^2=(x-5)^2+(y+5)^2 \\ y^2-6y+9=y^2+10y+25 \\ 16y=-16 \\ y=-1
(x-1)^2+(y+5)^2=(x-5)^2+(y+5)^2 \\  x^{2} -2x+1= x^{2} -10x+25 \\ 8x=24 \\ x=3
(3,-1)
