Answer-Point (0,5) would be the nearest on Y-Axis.

rsparwatikarma: how
Rainbowcat203: It is perpendicular
Hemalatha02: How did u find it?? Using equidistant??
Rainbowcat203: U know that it will be in the form(0,y)
Rainbowcat203: Right
Rainbowcat203: Then if u try doing a graph and mark u get the ans (0,5) which is perpendicular
Varchasava: it has to have coordinates

x = 0  [on y-axis]

y = 5  [along perpendicular line from y-axis to point]

The point is (0,5).
Varchasava: It has to have coordinates

The answer is (0,5). Hope it is helpful

rsparwatikarma: can you explain how
ashutoshsinha0p688ej: please explain
kiranbbankar01p66tq7: Because on y axis point is always in( 0,y) coordinate
rsparwatikarma: thx
Hemalatha02: Hmm... Fine
