Section Formula:

 (x,y) = (\frac{mx_{2}+nx_{1}}{m+n}, \frac{my_{2}+ny_{1}}{m+n})

Where (x,y) are coordinates of the point dividing the line segment (in ratio m:n) whose end points' coordinates are (x1, y1), (x2, y2).

Now just plug in the values.

x =  \frac{2 \times 3 - 3 \times 2}{5}  \\ x = 0
y =  \frac{2 \times 5 + 3 \times 5}{5}  \\ y = 5

Thus the coordinates of P are (x,y) = (0,5)
