A line of the form
ax + by + c = 0
can be also represented in the form
 \frac{x}{a} + \frac{y}{b } = 1
where (a,0) is x-intercept and (0,b) is y-intercept.

so, converting the given equation into the above form, we get
 \frac{5x}{10} + \frac{2y}{10} = 1
which is equal to
 \frac{x}{2} + \frac{y}{5} = 1

therefore, the intercepts are (2,0) and (0,5) on the x and y axis respectively
