First of all, change your name.. If you are a topper.. This is a cakewalk for you... Don't boast yourself..

Next, Coming to the question..

m : n = 2 : 3

(x1,y1,z1) = (1,2,-3)
(x2,y2,z2) = (3,4,-5)

Let the point be P

P = ( \frac{mx _{2} +n x_{1} }{m+n} ,\frac{my _{2} +n y_{1} }{m+n},\frac{mz _{2} +n z_{1} }{m+n})

Substitute the above values to get P = (9/5 , 14/5 , -19/5)
