x= (2×4+3×-1)/(2+3)

x= (8-3)/5

=5/5
= 1

Y= (2×3+3×7)/(2+3)

=(6+21)/5

= 27/5.

(x,y) = (1, 27/5 )

let (-1,7)=(x1,y1)
(4,3)=(x2,y2)
2:3=m:n
by formula
X=mx2+nx1÷m+n=2(4)+3(-1)÷2+3
=8-3÷5
=5÷5
=1

Y=my2+ny1÷m+n
=2(3)+3(7)÷2+3
=6+21÷5
=27÷5
it will help you
