let c be the mid point of line joining a and b
so
c(x,y) = (-4+0 / 2 , 0+6 / 2 ) = (-4/2 , 6/2) = (-2,3)

let d be mid point of line joining a and c
so
d(p,q) = (-4+(-2) / 2 , 0+3 / 2) = (-6/2 , 3/2) = (-3,1.5)

let e be the mid point of line joining c and b
so
e(m,n) = (-2+0 / 2 , 3+6 / 2) = (-2/2 , 9/2) = (-1,4.5)

Hence the required coordinates are
(-2,3) , (-3,1.5) and (-1,4.5)
