Heya,

Given=>

Equation => 5x + 2y = 10

When it will meet x axis then y axis will be = 0

So,

5x + 2(0) = 10

x = 10/5

x = 2

So, on x axis it meets on coordinate (2, 0)

When it meets at y axis then x axis is = 0

So,

5(0) + 2y = 10

y = 10/2

y = 5

So, on y axis it meets on coordinate (0, 5)

Therefore the coordinates of the point where the equation 5x + 2y = 10 intersect on x axis = (2, 0) and y axis = (0, 5).
