Find the cost of 3 13 metres of cloth at Rs 40 1/2 per metre

Cost of 1 m cloth is Rs 80

Cost of 3.13 metres = 3.13 × 80

= 313÷100 × 80

= 313÷5 × 4

= 1252÷5

= Rs 250.4
