The perimeter of the rectangle =2( length + width )

=2 (100+40.75) =281.5 meters

therefore, the cost =23*281.5 = 6474.5 Rs

However, 2.5 meters are left for entrance

Therefore, the cost of 2.5 meters =23*2.5 = 57.5 Rs

Therefore, the final cost will be 6474.5 - 57.5 = 6417 Rs.
