Given:

A cuboidal pit;

⚫Length= 8m

⚫Breadth= 5m

⚫Height= 3m

Therefore,

We know that Volume of cuboid;

=) lbh cubic units.

So,

=) (8×6×3)m³

=) 144m³

Cost of digging 1m³= Rs.30

Cost of digging 144m³ = Rs.(144×30)

=) Rs.4320

Hence,

The cost of digging pit is Rs.4320.
