First find the area:

It is (side)^2=(25)^2

625m^2

cost=625 × 12=₹7500 /-

Digging of square park means the area.

Area of square=(side)²

side=25m

so,

Area=(25)²

=625m²

Cost of digging per m ²=12

So,

cost of digging 625m²=625*12

=7500
