Answer:

Length of rectangular field=45m

Breadth of rectangular field=30m

Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+B)

2(45+30)

2×75

150m

Cost of fencing 1 m=₹10

Cost of fencing 150m=150×10

₹1500

2(lenght + breadth) = perimeter2(lenght+breadth)=perimeter

of the cost of 1m is 30

and total cost is 2400

then to find the total number of m

we need to take the perimeter because they told fencing.... fencing goes around the ground so it is perimeter

we should divide 2400 by 30.

\frac{2400}{30}302400

which is

80m80m

so the perimeter is 80 m

lenght as given is 24 m

if we substitute this number in the formula for perimeter of rectangle we get...

2(24 + breadth) = 802(24+breadth)=80

48 + 2breadth = 8048+2breadth=80

2breadth = 80 - 482breadth=80−48

2breadth = 322breadth=32

breadth = \frac{32}{2}breadth=232

breadth = 16mbreadth
