Given :-

Length of the rectangle :- 250 metres

Breadth of the rectangle :- 175 metres

Cost of fencing per metre :- ₹ 25

To Find :-

Cost of fencing the whole park

Solution :-

First, we should find the perimetre of the rectangular park by using the formula to find perimetre of rectangle

Perimeter of the rectangle :-

\tt \longrightarrow 2 \: (length + breadth)

\tt \longrightarrow 2 \: (250 + 175)

\tt \longrightarrow 2 \: (425) = 2 \times 425

{\tt \longrightarrow 850 \: \: Metres}

Now,

Cost of fencing the park :-

{\tt \longrightarrow 850 \times 25}

{\tt \longrightarrow Rs \: \: 21250}

\Huge\therefore The cost of fencing the whole park is 21250.
