Remember that fencing is done on the boundary region (of a field) means that the question is totally based on the concept of Perimeter it has nothing to do with Area.

Length of rectangular park = 350 m.

Breadth of rectangular park = 250 m.

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)

Perimeter of park = 2(350 + 250)

Perimeter of park = 1200 m.

Cost of Fencing a park ,having Perimeter, 1200m such that 1m = ₹ 18.50

1200m = 1200 × 18.50 = ₹ 22,200.
