side of square = 175 m
fencing means perimeter of the field
perimeter of sq.
= 4 multiplied by side
=4×175
=700 m
fencing twice = 700×2
=1400 m

cost of fencing per metre = ₹ 5.80
so, cost of fencing whole sq. field = 5.80 × 1400
= ₹ 8120

therefore, ₹ 8120 is required to fence the field twice.

Rs.8200 Is required for fencing the square field twice

Given :-

The side of the square field = 175m

Cost for fencing per metre = Rs.5.80

Formula Applied :-

Perimeter of the square = 4a (a=side)

Solution :-

Side of the square field = 175m

Fencing determines perimeter of the square

Perimeter = 4a ( since, a = 175 )

= 4 x 175m

= 700m

It's given as need to fence twice. hence ,

= 2 x 700m

= 1400m

Cost for fencing per metre = Rs.5.80

Cost for fencing whole field = Rs.5.80 x 1400

= Rs.8200
