to find the cost first we have to calculate the area of the rectangular field.

So,
$s = \frac{50 + 65 + 65}{2} \\ s = \frac{18 0}{2 } \\ s = 90$

now,
a= 50m
b= 65m
and c= 65m

so,

by herons formula,
$\sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c) } \\ \\ = \sqrt{90(90 - 50)(90 - 65)(90 - 65) } \\ \\ = \sqrt{90 \times 40 \times 25 \times 25}$
$\\ = 25 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times5 \\ \\ = 1500 {m}^{2}$
now , we get the area
$1500 {m}^{2}$
so, cost is
$7 \times 1500 \\ = 10500$

so this is your answer
