It is given :

Length = 30 m

Breadth = 15 m

Formula to find the area of a rectangle = l × b

where,

• l denotes the length of he rectangle

• b denotes the breadth of the rectangle

Substituting the given values :-

= 30 x 15

= 450 m²

We know that :

Cost of levelling at 1 cm sq = Rs 1.5

To find the total cost of levelling, we must convert the area of the ground from m² to cm²

As we know,

1 m² = 10000 cm²

So,

450 m² = 4500000 cm²

→ Cost of levelling = Area × Rate

→ Now, total cost of levelling = 4500000 x 1.5

→ Total cost of levelling = Rs. 6750000
