So first we must claculate the TSA of the cuboidal tank.

Tsa = 2(lb+bh+hl)
tsa= 2 ( 3*2 + 2*1.5 +3*1.5)
tsa = 2 (6 + 3 + 4.5)
tsa = 2(13.5)
tsa=27 m ²

1 m² = Rs 20
27 m² = ?
27m² = 27 * 20 = Rs 540

Therefore it would cost Rs 540 to paint the cuboidal tank.
