Solution:

Area of 4 walls = 2( length + breadth)height

                         = 2( 10 + 5)×6

                         = 2×15×6 m²

                         = 180 m²

Cost of painting 4 walls = Area of the wall× cost of painting

                                       = 180 m² × Rs.4/m²

                                       = Rs. 720

Therefore, the cost of painting 4 walls of a room is Rs.720.
