We know,

2(l+b) = Perimeter of rectangle
Perimeter = 22 m

So,

22×h
Height = 5m
= 22×5
CSA= 110 m^2

Cost of painting 110m^2= 110×35

= Rs.3,850 is the cost of painting 4 walls.
