radius of cylinder=7/2m

height of cylinder=25m

therefore, T.S.A=2πrh+2πr^2

=2πr(h+r)

=2π*7/2(25+7/2)m^2

so cost of painting= {2π*7/2(25+7/2)*8} Rs
