As per given in the question it is asked to find

1) cost of perimeter at the rate of rupees 90 per meter

  length is given  as

L=90m

b=75m

means it is a rectangle

so perimeter of rectangle =2(L+B)

                                           =2(90+75)\\=2(165)\\=330m^{2}

cost of perimeter 90\times 330\\=29700rupees

2) cost of labelling of the field

dimensions are

L=150m

B=85m

means  it is a rectangle

Area of rectangle =L x B

                             150\times 85\\=12750m^{2}

cost  of labelling the field=

                               12750\times 125\\=1593750  rupees\\

so cost of perimeter is 29700 and cost of labelling the field 1593750
