We have to find the area for polishing a circular table.

Diameter of the table = 1.6m

Radius = 1.6/2m

            = 0.8m

            = 8/10m

Area of the circular table = 2\pir

                                          = 2 x 22/7 x 8/10

                                          = 5.02m^{2}

Cost of polishing = Total area x The cost of polishing per m^{2}

=5.02 x 30

=150.6 rupees

=151 rupees (round of)
