Solutions :-

Given :
The top of a circular table of diameter 4.2 m
Radius = r = 4.2/2 = 2.1 m

Find the area of top of a circular table :-

Area of circle = πr² sq. units
= 22/7 × 2.1 × 2.1 m²
= 22/7 × 4.41 m²
= 13.86 m²

Find the cost of polishing the top of a circular table :-

1 m² = Rs 12
1.26 m² = Rs (12 × 13.86) = Rs 166.32

Hence,
The cost of polishing the top of a circular table = Rs 166.32

Finding the area of the top of a circular table ;-

We know that ;-
Area of circle = pi r^2 sq. units.

 =  >  \frac{22}{7}  \times 2.1 \times 2.1m^{2}
 =  >  \frac{22}{7}  \times 4.41m^{2}
 =  > 13.86m^{2}

Now ,
Finding the cost of polishing the top of a circular table ;-

 1m^{2}  = rs \: 12
