Find the cost of the Flooring a room 6.5m by 5m with square tiles of side 25 cm at the rate of Rs 9.40 per tile

area of room= 6.5*5
                    = 650*500 (1m =100cm)
                     =325000 cm square
 area of a tile= 25*25
                     = 625 cm square
no. of tile =  325000/625
                = 520 tiles

rate per tile = 9.4 rs
cost of 520 tiles= 520*9.4
                         = 4888 rs

Find the area of the flooring of the room i.e. 32.5cm²
Then,
Find area of 1square tile i.e. 625cm²
Add them.. i.e. 657.5cm²
Cost of flooring = 657.5 x 9.40 =Rs.6180.5/-
