Area of the Trapeziod=h(a+b)/2

Area of the Trapeziod=h(a+b)/2

=>A=10m

B=25m

H=15cm

Height is given in cm converting it into

meters.

1m=100cm

1m=100cmWhile converting smaller to bigger we divide..

1m=100cmWhile converting smaller to bigger we divide..Which means

1m=100cmWhile converting smaller to bigger we divide..Which means15/100=0.15m

Now, finding the area of the field.

0.15(10+25)/2

0.15*35/2

0.15*17.5

2.62m square

Rate of watering =2.62*24

=Rs63
