So, Area of trapezium = (1/2) × (65 + 72) × (25.24) = 1728.94 sq.m

Therefore, cost of white washing Rs.5/m² = 1728.94/5 = Rs. 345.788

Length of parallel sides are 65 m and 72 m

Height = √25²+(72-65)²

= √625+7²

=√625+49

= √674

= 25.961 m

area of Trapezium = (1÷2) × sum of parallel side x distance between them

Therefore cost of painting the wall = area of wall x cost
