THE EQUIVALENT RESISTANCE OF R2 AND R3 IS 4OHM SO ALL THE RESISTOR ARE IN SERIES

IF WE PUT RESISTOR OF 0.5 OHM THEN IT WILL ALSO CONNECT IN SERIES

AS WE KNOW THAT CURRENT IN SERIES IS EQUAL THROUGHOUT THE CIRCUIT

SO TOTAL RESISTANCE = R1 +(R2+R3)

4+4 = 8ohm

voltage = 8volt

I=V/R

I= 8/8

I= 1AMPERE
