By method of circuit reduction,

\rm{R_{eq}=3+\left(\dfrac{1}{4}+\dfrac{1}{2}+\dfrac{1}{4}\right) +4=8Ω}

\rm{\:I=\dfrac{V}{R}=\dfrac{3}{8}=\red{0.375 A}}
