We go through calculating equivalent resistance ...
R(equivalent)--> 0.5+(6*3)/9+0.5
= 3ohm
Current withdrwn = v/R
I.e 6/3=2 amp..
Reading of ammeter is 2amp...

3ohm and 3 ohm is in series so it become 6 ohm now 6ohm and 3 ohm is in parallel so it become 2 ohm now 2 ohm and 0.5 ohm and 0.5 ohm is in series so it becomes 3 ohm .
now equivalent resistance is 3 ohm
now equivalent resistance is 3 ohm
