Explanation:

parallel resistance are 3 and 1.5

1/ R = 1/3 + 1/1.5

= 5+10/ 15

=15/15

R = 1 Omega

now 1 Omega and 4 Omega are in series

R' = 1+ 4= 5 omega

total voltage in a circuit ( V )= total current x total resistance

= 0.3 x 5 = 1.5 volt

current through 3 Omega resistor

V = I x 3

1.5 / 3 = I

I = 0.5 A
