bonjour dear!

given,

height of the cylinder- 15cm

radius of the cylinder = 7cm

TSA(total surface area) of the cylinder= 2 × 22/7× r (r+h)

= 2 × 22/7 × 7 (7+15)

⇒ so, 7 and 7 gets cancelled it will become↓

2×22×22

= 968 cm²

CSA(curved surface area) of the cylinder= 2× 22/7× r × h

= 2×22/7× 7 × 15

⇒ here also 7 and 7 gets cancelled so it becomes ↓

= 2×22×15

= 660cm²

hope it helps
