find the curved surface area of a cone whose radius, height, and slant height are 3m, 4m, and 5m respectively?

We know that formula of the curved surface area of a cone is πrl, where r is the base radius and l is the slant height of the cone.

 Here, given the base radius, r=5.6cm

                           slant height, l=9cm

∴ Curved surface area of the cone= πrl

=722​×5.6×9=71108.8​=158.8cm2.
