Given : Base radius of a cone is 5.25 cm and slant height 10 cm.

Radius (r) = 5.25 cm

Slant height (l) = 10 cm

We know that, Curved surface area of the cone = πrl

 Curved surface area of the cone = (22/7 × 5.25 × 10)

Curved surface area of the cone = 22 × 0.75 × 10

Curved surface area of the cone = 22 × 7.5

Curved surface area of the cone  = 165 cm²

Hence, the curved surface area of a cone is 165 cm².
