  • Base Radius of right circular cylinder is 5 cm.

To find:-

  • Curved surface area of right circular cylinder.

Solution:-

We know that,

◆ Curved surface area of right circular cylinder = 2πrh ◆

In which,

  • r is Radius of cylinder.
  • h is height of cylinder.

Radius of cylinder = 5 cm.

Height of cylinder = 21 cm.

Put r and h in formula,

⇒2 × π × 5 × 21

⇒2 × 22/7 × 5 × 21

⇒2 × 22 × 5 × 3

⇒44 × 15

⇒ 660

Therefore,

Curved surface area of right circular cylinder is 660 cm².
